Panic ye not as all will be explained. As these are bespoke print and delivery systems, you have different artwork and order timetables. We have separate FAQs depending if you are with Greenside or the Free Festival.
Of course we can. Just place your order and tell us where it needs to be delivered. If your venue has a specific delivery day, just make sure you order at least 7 working days in advance so can plan your delivery. When you send in your artwork we can confirm the delivery date with you and sort out any loose ends. We're more than happy to call the venue on your behalf to discuss delivery.
We've done this long-enough to know that not all people are skilled graphic designers, or have the right software. Preparing artwork for printing can be quite tricky, so we've prepared an artwork guide covering all the main problem areas, and a final pre-submission checklist.
We only use reputable overnight couriers, such as DPD and FedEx. This allows us to track your goods if anything untoward happens, such as the venue being closed or your goods vanishing into a beer cellar. Just be aware that our deliveries are 8am-8pm, and we cannot offer timed slots.
