Q: Can I split a single order, so send in two pieces of artwork for my posters for example? 
A: No. Due to the way we print pack and ship, splitting an order isn't possible.

Q: Can I use my poster artwork for my flyers?
A: No. All artwork must be produced for the size intended. Whilst the A-series is designed to scale, the bleed and safe area requirements don't scale and remain fixed at 3mm each.

Q: Can I have my print order delivered to my home address?
A: No. The festival organisers have stipulated that promo print should be delivered to specific venues at specific dates and times. If you miss these dates, you may miss your print being displayed by the festival organisers.

Q: My venue has lost my print - what do I do?
A: First, double-check with us that it has been signed for. Once we can confirm that the print has been signed for, the responsibility for safe keeping belongs to the signatory / venue. If for whatever reason it hasn't been signed for, we will replace your print free of charge.
